About This Role
SAS is recruiting a Cabin Crew Manager to lead and motivate cabin crew at the Copenhagen base. This is a management role focused on distance leadership, work environment initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration within SAS's fast-paced, people-focused environment. Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, availability to support crew needs, and preferably prior aviation experience. The position offers travel benefits and the opportunity to grow in an international setting, with start date as soon as possible following security clearance approval.

Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Previous aviation experience highly desirable
