About This Role
CAE Simuflite is seeking a Lear 45 Instructor Pilot for their Dallas, Texas training facility. As a global leader in flight simulation and training for over 80 years, CAE operates more than 210 full-flight simulators across 50+ locations worldwide. The role requires an unrestricted ATP certificate with 3,000+ total flight hours and FAR Part 135 experience preferred, focusing on simulator instruction, pre/post-flight briefings, and subject matter expertise. Requirements
- Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours (preferred)
- FAR Part 135 experience (preferred)
- Unrestricted PIC Type Rating (preferred)
- Business aircraft flying experience (highly desired)
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Participation in DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program
- Strong communication skills and passion for teaching
- Prior instructional or training experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping ability
- Professional character and customer service mindset
