About This Role
Lauda, part of the Ryanair Group, is recruiting Cabin Crew members for their Palma de Mallorca base to join one of Europe's largest airline groups. This entry-level position requires no prior cabin crew experience, only enthusiasm and team spirit. Candidates must be 157-188cm tall, able to swim 25 meters unaided, and fluent in English. The role offers comprehensive 6-week training, unlimited discounted travel to 250+ destinations, a fixed 5-day-on/3-day-off roster, and industry-leading compensation including a paid training allowance from Day 1.

Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
- Height between 157cm (5'2") and 188cm (6'2")
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided and support someone else
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to successfully pass English Language Assessment
- Hardworking, flexible, outgoing and friendly personality
- Adaptable and willing to work shift roster
- Excellent customer service skills with 'can do' attitude
- Passion for travelling and meeting new people
- Comfortable dealing with the public
