Ryanair (Buzz) is recruiting B737 Captains for bases in Central and Eastern Europe with comprehensive industry-leading training starting early 2026. Requires 3500 total hours with 800 PIC on multi-engine jets and 500 PIC on B737-300-900. Valid B737 type rating required with 36-month currency.
Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in EU
- Maximum age 65 years
- Valid EASA Part FCL license
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum 3500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2000 hours on multi-engine aircraft with crew of more than one with MTOW exceeding 30,000 kg (airline, cargo operator, private operator, or military transport)
- Minimum 800 hours PIC on multi-engine jet aircraft with crew of more than one with MTOW exceeding 30,000 kg
- Minimum 500 hours PIC on B737-300-900 series aircraft
- Valid B737-300-900 type rating on license
- B737-300-900 type rating must not be invalid for more than 3 years on planned course start date
- Registered flight as Captain on B737-300-900 within 36 months before course start date
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher (operational level written proficiency required)
- Must pass behavioral assessment (EASA CAT.GEN.MPA.175)
- Must pass AON online assessment (EUR 60 fee, non-refundable)
- Must pass comprehensive psychological assessment
- Must pass simulator assessment and interview
