MassMutual Aviation Department seeks an experienced Jet Pilot (Captain) for their corporate flight operations based in Connecticut. Requires 3000 hours total time with 2000 PIC hours, FAA ATPL with Multi-Engine Rating, and 7+ years corporate/charter/military aviation experience. Salary $244,000-$320,100 annually with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7+ years experience in corporate aviation, charter operations, 121 operations, or military aviation
- VIP experience required
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating (fixed wing)
- Valid First Class FAA Medical Certificate
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 2000 hours pilot in command (PIC)
- Resides within 1.5 hours of Windsor Locks, CT
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Experience with Falcon 2000LXS and/or Falcon 8X preferred
- International operations experience preferred (including Oceanic operations)
- Ability to work non-standard schedule including nights, weekends, and standby
- Experience in corporate flight department environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Pass drug screening, RMV check, and background check
