About This Role
Raytheon Australia is seeking an experienced ISR Pilot to operate their modified Learjet 35A special mission aircraft in support of the Australian Defence Force. Based in Nowra, NSW, this role involves delivering advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) training, test and certification to Air, Land, Maritime and industry task units. Candidates must hold a valid CASA Commercial Pilot License, Class 1 Medical Certificate, and minimum 500 hours PIC with 6+ years military aviation experience. Duties & Responsibilities
- Form part of the flight crew of the special mission EW Learjet 35A aircraft
- Assist the Head of Operations in maintaining a safe and effective working environment
- Act as Deployment Commander on a rotation basis with other aircrew
- Contribute to tactical operating procedures and standards for EW flight operations
- Conduct deployments in support of domestic and international exercises as required
- Deliver advanced airborne Electronic Warfare (EW) training, test and certification

Requirements
- CASA Part 61 Commercial Pilot License (Aeroplane)
- Valid CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Eligible to obtain Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- CASA Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) training
- Low Level Rating (Aeroplane)
- Formation Flying Flight Activity Endorsement (Aeroplane)
- Instrument Rating (Multi Engine Aircraft) with Instrument Approach Procedure (IAP) 2D and IAP 3D
- Minimum 500 hours Pilot In Command (PIC)
- 6 years minimum flying experience as a pilot in military aviation operations
- Military pilot fast jet experience or civilian equivalent supporting Defence Operations
- Eligible for or currently hold AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance
- Ability to acquire Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance
