About This Role
Dynamic Aviation, a leading provider of innovative aviation solutions since 1967, is seeking an experienced ISR Captain for Dash-8 aircraft to operate in austere, deployed locations. This role involves tactical intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations including aerial survey flying, functional check flights, and sensor operations across diverse weather and terrain conditions. Candidates must have a minimum of 1,200 total flight hours with 1,000 hours PIC (300 hours in multi-engine turboprops), valid FAA ATPL or CPL with instrument and multi-engine ratings, and DOD Secret security clearance. The position offers the opportunity to serve critical defense missions, with deployment rotations of approximately 65 days and comprehensive training provided for sensor operations and specialized aircraft systems.
Requirements

- Valid FAA Air Transport Pilot (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Instrument rating
- Multi-engine rating
- High Performance endorsement
- High Altitude endorsement
- First or Second Class FAA Medical Certificate
- Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit
- Minimum 1,200 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC
- Minimum 300 hours PIC in multi-engine turboprop aircraft
- DOD Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- Valid US Passport
- Ability to travel approximately 65 days on rotational basis
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in austere and enclosed environments
