About This Role
Dynamic Aviation seeks an experienced Instructor Pilot for their Training Department in Bridgewater, Virginia. This role involves conducting advanced flight and simulator training for King Air 90 and 200 aircraft, developing training curricula, and mentoring highly qualified pilots. Candidates must have a minimum of 1500 total flight hours, 300+ hours as a flight instructor, and Multi-Engine and Instrument Instructor ratings. The position offers competitive compensation of $75,000-$85,000 in year 1 with potential to exceed $100,000, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and a full-time role supporting Dynamic Aviation's mission to provide innovative aviation solutions for government and commercial customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced flight training in simulators for King Air 90 and 200 aircraft
- Conduct advanced flight training in King Air 90 and 200 aircraft
- Conduct advanced ground training for aircraft systems, mission equipment, and survival equipment and techniques
- Promote, train, assess, and develop strong and applicable Standard Operating Procedures
- Assess new pilot candidates
- Review and enhance current ground training curricula for all aircraft models and mission equipment
- Develop additional training curricula to meet emerging mission equipment and applications
- Develop and administer simulator curricula to support all flight operations
- Manage pilot preparation study guides for all curricula
- Develop and maintain an online learning environment
- Perform line pilot duties at remote locations as needed for other company segments

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 300 hours as flight instructor OR 5 years' experience as an Instructor Pilot
- Multi-Engine Instructor rating
- Instrument Instructor rating
- 1st or 2nd class FAA Medical Certificate
- Valid passport
- Ability to travel up to 30 days away from home location
- Ability to lift, balance, and carry 50 lbs
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
