Flexjet is seeking an Instructor Pilot in Dallas, TX to deliver pilot training courses and proficiency evaluations for its fleet of ultramodern private aircraft. This role requires an FAA ATP license with a type rating on a company aircraft and strong instructional skills for a high-demand environment.
Requirements
- FAA ATP with type rating in at least one Company fleet aircraft
- Minimum of one year experience with Flexjet as a pilot is preferred
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory issues impacting Flexjet training requirements
- Thorough knowledge of simulator based flight training program structure
- Thorough knowledge of current instructional design technology
- Thorough knowledge of Flexjet Flight Operations Manual
- Working knowledge of Flexjet organizational structure and policies
- Must be able to travel
- Ability to act as a liaison for the company with governmental officials, FAA, TSA and other agencies
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, listening, and presentation skills
- Must possess the skills to properly judge and evaluate pilot performance
- Willing to accurately and impartially judge and evaluate pilot performance
- Able to keep accurate records
- Able to complete proper paperwork and submit required documents to the company in a timely manner
- Proficiency with computer applications such as CAMP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to function well in a high demand environment while maintaining a positive attitude and image
- Must be able to work well with others
