About This Role
Air Canada is recruiting a Cabin Crew Training Instructor to join its Cabin Crew Training Team. This role involves training, coaching, and assessing the airline's 8,000+ cabin crew members to maintain Air Canada's 4-star Skytrax service ranking and outstanding safety reputation. Candidates must possess sound training development knowledge, excellent communication skills, and must successfully complete and maintain flight attendant qualifications. The position requires flexibility to travel and work extended hours, with previous in-flight and training experience being valuable assets. Bilingual candidates (English and French) are preferred.
Requirements
- Successfully complete flight attendant initial training and maintain flight attendant qualifications throughout instructor career
- Sound knowledge in training development and adult learning principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent facilitation and instructing skills
- High regard for health and safety
- Strong interpersonal effectiveness skills with solid leadership qualities
- Ability to work in teams and high confidence in self-correcting
- Demonstrate strong commitment to customer service
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly flexible and adaptable to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Willing to travel and work flexible and extended hours

- Must be eligible to work in Canada at time of offer
