About This Role
Breeze Airways is seeking an Inflight Curriculum Developer to serve as a subject matter expert responsible for coordinating and integrating inflight training content across all delivery platforms. This role bridges Inflight Standards, Training, and Curriculum Development to ensure Flight Attendant training materials accurately reflect current policies and regulatory requirements. The position requires 2+ years of inflight training or Flight Attendant experience within a Part 121 environment, proficiency with Learning Management Systems, and strong project management skills. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inflight training, inflight standards, or Flight Attendant operational roles within a Part 121 environment, or comparable experience applying adult learning principles in a collegiate, academic, or professional training environment
- Experience working within FAA-approved training programs, including support of revisions submissions or validation activities
- Experience in Learning Management Systems and adult learning principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent content updates while maintaining accuracy, version control, and attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain current Breeze Airways Flight Attendant Certification
- Experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) professionally for training, Quality Assurance, and data reporting
- High-performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desire for success
- Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- Must pass a TSA-required fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Competent in interpersonal communications, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving
