About This Role
Solairus Aviation, a leading business aviation charter operator, is seeking an experienced Hawker 900XP Captain to operate from San Juan, Puerto Rico (TJIG). The ideal candidate will have strong command experience with minimum 3000 total hours and 1500 PIC hours, including 500 hours in turbojet aircraft. This is a full-time, on-call position requiring type rating on the Hawker 900XP and commitment to safety, service, and integrity. Competitive compensation ranges from $50,000 to $500,000 annually based on experience and account assignment, with candidates requiring primary residence or willingness to relocate within 2 hours of San Juan.
Requirements
- Valid FAA ATPL license
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1500 hours PIC
- Minimum 1500 hours MEL (multi-engine land)
- Minimum 500 hours MEL PIC
- Minimum 500 hours turbojet time
- Minimum 250 hours instrument time
- Type rated on Hawker 900XP or comparable aircraft
- First Class Medical Certificate required
- Able to work on on-call basis
- Able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually
- Primary residence within 2 hour drive from TJIG or willing to relocate
