Requires professional pilot license with 2-5 years relevant experience; 3,000+ total flight hours and ATP with type rating preferred. Requirements
- High School diploma or state-issued equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2-5 years of job-relevant experience
- Previous experience teaching or training others (preferred)
- Professional pilot license required
- Hold or have held a professional pilot license
- Must be authorized to live and work in the United States
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- Ability to participate in CAE's DOT Anti-Drug & Alcohol testing program
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- 3,000+ hours of total flight time (preferred)
- Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with at least one unrestricted PIC type rating (preferred)
- Existing instructor qualification or aircraft type rating (preferred)
- FAR Part 135 experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create a positive, professional learning environment
- Proven ability to tailor training for diverse customer needs
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate and timely records
- Frequent use of ladders, stairs, and ramps
- Ability to lift or adjust objects up to 20 lbs
- Valid medical clearance to operate aircraft (implied)
