SkyShare, a fast-growing Part 135 private aviation company based in Salt Lake City, is seeking an experienced Gulfstream GV typed Captain to fly both G450 and GV aircraft. The role requires strong safety focus, customer service excellence, and adaptability to varying schedules including international operations.
Requirements
- Current and qualified in GV series
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category and class
- Minimum 5000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1000 PIC hours in G450/550 and/or GV
- Minimum 3000 hours PIC
- Minimum 2000 hours multi-engine
- Minimum 1500 hours jet time
- Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Valid U.S. passport and driver's license
- Current IFR knowledge and experience
- Prior Part 135 experience
- International, transatlantic, and transpacific experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to pass TSA background checks and secure SIDA badge
- Safety-first mindset with ability to adapt to changing environments
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Capable of managing sleep effectively for flight duty readiness
- Strong customer-focused approach with professional presentation
- Physical readiness to occasionally move objects up to 80 pounds
- Competent in working with animals
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to reside in Central, Midwest, or Western U.S. near airport with daily direct flights to SLC
