About This Role
Boeing Canada seeks an experienced Global Engagement Pilot to be based in Toronto, working with the Pilot Services Team on customer engagement and flight operations safety initiatives. This high-visibility hybrid role involves interaction with industry stakeholders, regulators, executives, and subject matter experts worldwide. The position requires a minimum of 5000 hours total flight time, 1000 hours as a flight instructor, current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL, and the ability to operate Boeing and customer aircraft as Pilot in Command. The role offers a competitive salary of CAD $230,000-$280,000 annually, relocation assistance, visa sponsorship, and 50% travel with occasional opportunities to deploy as an instructor and conduct pilot-in-command operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and partners
  • Acquire resources for projects and manage suppliers
  • Develop and conduct familiarization, qualification, standardization, flight and ground instruction
  • Demonstrate crew resource management standards in aircraft operations
  • Manage, mentor, develop, and evaluate pilots performing aircrew duties
  • Operate Boeing and customer aircraft as Pilot in Command and Instructor
  • Provide technical management and lead process improvements
  • Represent Boeing Company for industry and regulatory engagement

Requirements
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada
  • Current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL or international equivalent
  • Current FAA or EASA First Class Medical Certificate or international equivalent
  • Minimum 5000 hours total flight time in public transport category aircraft
  • Minimum 1000 hours of flight instructor time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
