About This Role
Boeing is seeking a Global Engagement Pilot (Flight Operations Representative) to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, providing customer support across Malaysia and Thailand. This role combines flight operations expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, including occasional pilot-in-command operations and instructor duties. Candidates must have a minimum of 5000 hours total flight time, 1000 hours of flight instructor experience, current ATPL/ATP license, and Part 121 Airline Instructor Pilot or Line Check Airman credentials. The position offers international experience, relocation assistance, and visa sponsorship, with 60% travel requirement across the Asia-Pacific region.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and industry bodies
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures
- Perform and manage activities to develop and conduct familiarization, qualification, standardization, flight and ground instruction
- Operate Boeing and customer aircraft as Pilot in Command and Instructor
- Manage, mentor, develop, and evaluate pilots performing aircrew duties
- Prepare for and conduct safe flight operations
- Provide dedicated support to customers in Malaysia and Thailand

Requirements
- Current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL or international equivalent
- Current FAA or EASA First Class Medical Certificate or international equivalent
- Minimum 5000 hours total flight time in public transport category aircraft
- Minimum 1000 hours of flight instructor time
- Current Boeing type rating
- Experience as FAA Part 121 Airline Instructor Pilot and/or Line Check Airman or international equivalent
- Valid passport or ability to obtain one
- Capable of traveling 60% of the time
- International flight experience
- Experience presenting to all levels of management
