About This Role
CAE is seeking an Instructor Pilot for their Whippany training center to deliver high-quality simulator and ground school training across multiple aircraft platforms. The role involves leading simulator sessions, conducting pre- and post-flight briefings, and serving as a subject matter expert for client training and course development. Candidates must hold an unrestricted ATP certificate with 3,000+ total flight hours and Gulfstream experience highly preferred, along with FAR Part 135 experience. Requirements
- Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written
- Unrestricted PIC Type Rating preferred
- Gulfstream experience highly preferred
- FAR Part 135 experience preferred
- Minimum 3,000+ total flight hours preferred
- Experience flying business aircraft highly desired
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- Participation in DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and passion for teaching
- Prior instructional or training experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to accurate recordkeeping
- Demonstrated customer-service mindset
