About This Role
Life Flight Network is seeking an experienced Float Fixed Wing Pilot to operate Pilatus PC-12 aircraft for critical patient transport in the Spokane, WA area. This not-for-profit air ambulance organization is a leader in safety and excellence in air medical transportation. The float position covers open shifts due to line pilot vacations with seven shifts guaranteed per pay period. Candidates must have a minimum of 2500 hours PIC time, 1500 turbine hours, and an FAA ATP certificate, with preferred experience on the PC-12 and mountain flying. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 years experience as a professional pilot
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate required
- 2500 hours PIC time minimum
- 1000 hours in aircraft with retractable gear
- 1500 hours turbine time minimum
- 500 hours in turboprop aircraft
- 250 hours instrument time
- 250 hours unaided night time experience
- Current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate
- Valid driver's license with automobile in good repair
- Proof of auto insurance required
- 25 hours on PC-12 with ground and flight school completion within last 12 months (preferred)
- Recent air medical transportation experience (preferred)
- Mountain experience (preferred)
- Single Engine ATP certificate may be required during initial hire training if not held at time of hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Subject to drug screening and background investigation
