Life Flight Network seeks experienced Float Fixed Wing Pilots to operate Pilatus PC-12 aircraft for air ambulance missions in Boise, ID and Richland, WA. Requires minimum 6 years professional pilot experience, 2500 PIC hours, ATPL certificate, and recent or PC-12 type rating.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation or related field preferred
- Minimum 6 years experience as a professional pilot
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) certificate required
- 2500 hours PIC time minimum
- 1000 hours in aircraft with retractable gear
- 1500 turbine hours minimum
- 500 hours in turboprop aircraft
- 250 hours instrument time
- 250 hours unaided night time experience
- 25 hours operating PC-12 with successful ground and flight school completion within last 12 months preferred
- Recent air medical transportation experience preferred
- Mountain flying experience preferred
- Current FAA Second Class medical certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with good vehicle and proof of insurance
- Ability to work varied shifts and on-call availability
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections
- Safely plan flights and analyze weather conditions
- Maintain flight logs and records
- Adhere to safety and risk management protocols
- Report safety concerns immediately
- SE ATP certificate required (may be added during initial training)
