CAE is seeking a Flight Simulator Instructor for A220 training in Seoul. Requires minimum 2000 hours PIC on multi-crew jet or 1000 hours PIC on A220, ATPL/CPL/MPL license, Flight Instructor Rating, and ICAO English Level 5. Previous simulator instruction and airline training experience preferred.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL, CPL, or MPL license (ICAO-recognized)
- ICAO English Level 5 or higher
- Current or previous A220 type rating
- Minimum 2000 hours pilot-in-command on multi-crew jet transport, OR 1000 hours PIC on A220
- Valid or previous Flight Instructor Rating or equivalent certification
- Previous experience as Flight Simulator Instructor or Type Rating Instructor (preferred)
- Previous airline or ATO training experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of civil aviation regulations governing training
- Leadership skills and experience in multi-cultural environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic IT skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Motivated and disciplined with proven ability to deliver results
