Vista America seeks an experienced Challenger Check Airman/Captain for a Flight Operations Manager leadership role in Columbus, Ohio. This position manages fleet crewing, pilot welfare, safety standards, and operational oversight. Requires extensive international piloting background, current Captain rating on Challenger, and previous management experience.
Requirements
- Current Check Airman or Captain on Challenger aircraft (preferred)
- Valid ATPL license
- Current first class medical certificate
- Minimum 150 hours flight time in previous 365 days
- Minimum 30 hours flight time in previous 90 days
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in last 5 years
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Unrestricted worldwide travel capability
- Extensive piloting background including international operations
- Full understanding of Jet Select's GOM, OpSpecs, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
- Previous management experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GV
- Ability to manage remote teams
- Ability to work in high-growth environment
- Cross-functional collaboration capability
