About This Role
airBaltic, Latvia's flag carrier airline, is seeking Flight Instructors to teach on various piston aircraft at their Riga base. This is a temporary employment position focused on flight training operations. Candidates must have a minimum of 500 hours total flight time with at least 200 hours as a Flight Instructor, hold a valid EASA Flight Instructor license, and possess a Class 1 Medical Certificate. The position requires good communication and leadership skills, with IR and Night privileges recommended. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

- Provide flight instruction on various piston aircraft
- Conduct flight training and evaluation
- Manage student pilot development and progression

Requirements
