About This Role
Green Flight Academy in Skellefteå, Sweden is seeking flight and theory instructors (FI(A)) to join their team starting summer 2026. The academy is the world's first flight school focused on sustainability, specializing in pilot training using electric aircraft in fundamental education, and partners with SAS Scandinavian Airlines and Braathens Airlines. Candidates must hold an EASA CPL with FI(A) rating, with additional instructor ratings (CRI, FII) highly valued. The position offers permanent full-time employment with flexible scheduling, modern renovated offices on Campus Skellefteå, individual development plans, and the opportunity to contribute to sustainable aviation education while maintaining an excellent work-life balance in a location offering both city life and outdoor recreation.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Teach and instruct students in practical flying operations
  • Conduct theoretical flight training in accordance with academy manuals and curriculum
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to students
  • Perform training administration tasks
  • Develop training materials
  • Actively contribute to quality, safety, and efficiency in training
  • Participate in collaborative efforts with SAS and Braathens Airlines on pilot development
