About This Role
Wilderness is seeking experienced Commercial Pilots and Flight Instructors for Cessna 208 Caravan operations based in Maun, Botswana. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Cessna 208 Caravan in remote area operations
- Provide flight instruction and type rating training
- Conduct training flights and assessments
- Travel to and operate from remote airstrips
- Demonstrate customer service excellence
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Work as part of a flight operations team
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Pilot License
- Flight Instructor Rating or Aircraft Type Rating Instructor certification
- ICAO English Level 4 proficiency
- Valid Class B Driver's License
- Minimum 950 hours total flight time
- C208 type rating preferred
- Degree or equivalent qualification advantageous
- Safety Management System (SMS) qualification advantageous
- Quality Management System (QMS) qualification advantageous
- Turbine experience advantageous
