About This Role
Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Flight Instructor 2 to provide industry-leading flight training at their premier Alcoa, Tennessee Services Center. This role involves conducting structured, learner-centric training on Cirrus SR model aircraft, combined with corporate flight operations including demonstration, ferry, and post-maintenance flights. Candidates must hold a current FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single Engine and Instrument ratings, plus a Flight Instructor Certificate with at least 1 year of pilot experience and 250-350 dual given hours. Requirements
- Current FAA Flight Instructor Certificate
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate - Single Engine Land
- FAA Instrument Airplane rating
- Minimum 1 year pilot experience
- 350 dual given hours or 250 dual given hours in Cirrus aircraft
- Current Second-class Airman Medical Certificate or higher
- IFR in congested airspace experience preferred
- Mountain flying experience preferred
- Extensive IMC experience preferred
- International flight experience preferred
- Night flying experience preferred
