Wizz Air is recruiting Flight Attendants for their Katowice base with a recruitment day on 04 March 2026. This role offers no-layover operations allowing crew to maintain normal home life, flexible rosters, and opportunities to work at multiple Wizz Air bases. Candidates must have EU work rights and an arm reach of 210cm.
Requirements
- Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity)
- Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship: EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian with PESEL
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Arm reach of 210cm while standing on tiptoes
- High school exam certificate (Polish citizens must have passed matura exam)
- Right to live and work in the country of application
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Able to swim
- Live or ready to move within 60 minutes of chosen base
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing uniform
- Enthusiastic person who likes working with people
- Vision prescription between +4 and -4 (if wearing glasses or contact lenses)
