About This Role
Pacific Coastal Airlines, one of Canada's leading regional carriers, is recruiting full-time Flight Attendants for their Vancouver base. This role offers the opportunity to serve remote and sought-after coastal destinations while maintaining safety and exceptional customer service. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, be between 5'2" and 5'11" tall, and be at least 21 years old with Canadian citizenship or passport. The position includes paid initial training, competitive pay based on a 80-credit monthly minimum guarantee, health benefits, and unmatched employee travel perks.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Height between 5'2" (157cm) and 5'11" (180cm)
- Canadian passport or proof of Canadian citizenship
- Valid birth certificate
- Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
- Able to obtain Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to complete intensive initial training and emergency drills
- First aid certification required
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Able to work long hours and extended periods
- Able to travel away from home with schedule changes and on-call duties
- Comfortable working in solo flight attendant operations in small cabin environments
- Physically and emotionally capable of demanding work environment
- Ability to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays up to 14 hours per day
