Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Current, valid U.S. or foreign passport book valid for at least 12 months from application date
- Valid visas necessary to travel freely between the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Bahamas
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Height between 5'0" and 6'0" without shoes (152cm to 183cm)
- Able to sit in jump seat and fasten harness
- Able to move throughout cabin aisle and operate emergency exits
- Able to open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 45 pounds
- Able to push and pull beverage cart weighing up to 250 pounds
- Able to lift, store, transport and reach for items
- Frequent walking, bending below ankle level, and reaching above shoulder level
- Corrected vision not to exceed 20/40
- Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ
- Professional, neat and clean appearance
- No extreme hair styles or colors
- Single stud nose piercing 2mm or smaller allowed
- Maximum two piercings per ear
- Gauges must be plugged with clear or skin-toned plugs not exceeding ½"
- No facial, mouth, or tongue piercings
- Visible tattoos permitted with limitations; must not be offensive and must be covered if not within guidelines
- Comfortable utilizing basic functions of electronic devices and PEDs
- Willing to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to travel frequently and spend lengthy periods of time alone and without supervision
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to relocate to assigned crew domicile after training completion
