This permanent position requires ensuring passenger safety and comfort while performing regulatory cabin duties. Candidates must be at least 20 years old with high school diploma and 2+ years of customer service experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Wingspan of approximately 55 inches or greater
- Able to sit in jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened without modification
- Physical strength to operate emergency equipment up to 70 pounds
- Able to lift objects above shoulders up to 35 pounds
- Able to push and pull moveable carts weighing in excess of 250 pounds
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods during turbulence
- Able to stoop, crouch, squat, climb and kneel
- Clear vision at 20+ feet with corrective lenses or contacts
- Able to clearly hear verbal communications with aircraft and passenger noise
- Able to move about aircraft freely in confined environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written), including shouted verbal commands
- Willing to serve alcoholic beverages
- Able to serve and handle peanuts, shellfish/seafood, beef and pork
- Able to work with animals and around allergens
- No visible tattoos on face, neck, or hands; other tattoos must not be visible in uniform
- No multiple visible piercings while in uniform
- Polished interpersonal skills with positive attitude
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Able to work time-sensitive environment and handle stress
- Capable of remaining calm and reacting quickly in emergency situations
- Willing to work 100% travel including nights, weekends, holidays and overnights
- Willing to relocate based on operational needs
