Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts
- 2-4 years of cabin crew experience
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Valid U.S. passport with ability to travel internationally without restriction
- Valid State-issued driver's license
- Body size must fit aircraft dimensions without modification (jump seat, harness, cabin aisle, emergency exit)
- Must be eligible to obtain airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials
- Must successfully pass TSA background screening and obtain airport and U.S. Customs clearances
- Able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, 10 pounds constantly
- Available to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work flight duty periods up to 14 hours daily over 8-day period crossing time zones
- Willing and able to travel away from home 7+ consecutive days and nights
- Comfortable working around animals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must maintain required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire
- Must successfully complete NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program
- Highly polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor
- Superior oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with acute attention to detail
- Exceptional adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic environments
