This role combines safety leadership with luxury hospitality, requiring 2-4 years of cabin crew experience and a commitment to personalized service. Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts
  • 2-4 years of cabin crew experience
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Valid U.S. passport with ability to travel internationally without restriction
  • Valid State-issued driver's license
  • Body size must fit aircraft dimensions without modification (jump seat, harness, cabin aisle, emergency exit)
  • Must be eligible to obtain airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials
  • Must successfully pass TSA background screening and obtain airport and U.S. Customs clearances
  • Able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, 10 pounds constantly
  • Available to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work flight duty periods up to 14 hours daily over 8-day period crossing time zones
  • Willing and able to travel away from home 7+ consecutive days and nights
  • Comfortable working around animals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must maintain required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire
  • Must successfully complete NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program
  • Highly polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor
  • Superior oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities with acute attention to detail
  • Exceptional adaptability and ability to perform in dynamic environments
