About This Role
Global Crossing Airlines (GlobalX) is recruiting experienced Flight Attendants to join their customer-focused team and elevate the in-flight service experience. This permanent position requires a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and is open to US citizens or those able to obtain necessary visas and work permits. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, fluent in English, able to swim with a life vest, and maintain professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings. The role involves extensive travel including weekends and holidays, with flexible scheduling including reserve duty, and requires completion of a comprehensive 4-week initial training program plus annual recurrent training.
Requirements
- US Citizen or able to obtain all necessary visas and work permits
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED (Associates degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent in English (speak, read, write, and comprehension)
- Height requirements to meet aircraft cabin standards
- Able to swim with the assistance of a life vest
- No visible tattoos or piercings
- Well-groomed and able to maintain professional appearance
- Able to pass 10-year background check
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Pass criminal history records check
- Meet all FAA regulatory requirements for jump seat
- Able to sit safely and comfortably in jump seat
- Minimum 70-hour work guarantee
- Available to work varying schedules including reserve duty, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Successfully complete Required Inflight Training Program
