About This Role
Life Flight Network is seeking an experienced Fixed Wing Pilot to operate Pilatus PC-12 aircraft for critical air medical transport missions based in Hilo, Hawaii. As a prominent not-for-profit air ambulance organization, Life Flight Network is dedicated to excellence, safety, and innovation in emergency medical aviation. Candidates must hold an FAA ATP certificate with a minimum of 2500 hours PIC time, 1500 turbine hours, and recent air medical experience. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $128,331 to $151,591 annually, plus significant bonuses including $10,000 sign-on, $50,000 retention bonus over 3 years, relocation assistance, and a 7/7 schedule with off-duty crew quarters providing excellent work-life balance.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years professional pilot experience
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- 2500 hours Pilot in Command time
- 1500 hours turbine time
- 500 hours turboprop aircraft experience
- 250 hours instrument time
- 250 hours unaided night time experience
- 25 hours operating PC-12 with successful ground and flight school completion within last 12 months (preferred)
- Recent air medical transportation experience (preferred)
- Mountain flying experience (preferred)
- Current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with personal or company vehicle
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Customer service skills
- Subject to drug screening and background investigation
