IHC Health Services seeks a Fixed Wing Pilot in Command for air ambulance operations at Vernal Air Base, Utah. Requires minimum 2500 hours total time with 500 PIC hours on multi-engine turbine aircraft. EMS experience preferred.
Requirements
- Commercial pilot certificate with appropriate category and class ratings for single-engine OR ATP rating for multi-engine land airplanes
- Instrument airplane rating
- Minimum 2500 hours in airplanes (external candidates) or 2000 hours (internal candidates with 2 years Intermountain employment)
- Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine time (external candidates only)
- Minimum 200 flight hours at night in airplanes
- Minimum 300 flight hours instrument time, of which 100 must be actual instrument
- Minimum 500 pilot in command flight hours in multi-engine airplane
- Minimum 500 pilot in command flight hours in turbine airplane
- Valid FAA medical certificate (implied)
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and understand spoken information
- Ability to move in confined aircraft spaces
- Valid driver's license
- Clean background check (implied)
