Requirements
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Instrument flight rating (IFR)
- Multi-engine land rating
- Bilingual proficiency: Spanish and English, minimum ICAO Level 4 (oral and written)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Last three pages of flight logbook certified by aviation authority
