TAAG Linhas Aéreas de Angola is recruiting First Officers for various aircraft including DASH 8-400, A220-300, B737, B777, and B787. Requires valid CPL or ATPL, Class 1 Medical, valid type rating, and proven commercial airline transport experience. Position based in Luanda (Aeroporto 4 de Fevereiro).
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid Type Rating or eligible for conversion
- ICAO English Level 4 minimum proficiency
- Proven experience in commercial air transport operations
- Operational experience on one or more of: DASH 8-400, A220-300, B737, B777, B787
- Strong knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Strong orientation towards operational safety
- Solid knowledge of performance, navigation, meteorology and human factors
- Workload management and decision-making ability under pressure
- Leadership and technical responsibility
- Effective communication and Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles
- Ability to work in multicultural teams
- Professional ethics, resilience and focus on passenger service excellence
