- Theoretical PLA license
- PC (Commercial Pilot), MLTE (Multi-Engine), and IFR Commander licenses
- Minimum 500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 50 hours on turboprop aircraft
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher proficiency
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
- High school education minimum
- Technical education preferred
- Available to relocate to other company bases if necessary
