About This Role
PAL Aerospace is seeking First Officers to operate King Air 350 aircraft for air ambulance services across Newfoundland and Labrador. The company has been a leader in special missions aviation for over 50 years and recently expanded operations in Atlantic Canada. Candidates need a minimum of 750 hours total flight time with a valid Transport Canada CPL and Class 1 Medical Certificate. The position offers a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, rotational schedule (2 weeks on/2 weeks off), and commuting support from multiple locations. This is a critical role supporting emergency medical transport where every mission can mean the difference between life and death.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate King Air 350 on air ambulance missions
  • Support critical patient transport and emergency medical evacuation services
  • Maintain flexibility with shift times due to operational and unforeseen situations
  • Work as part of integrated ambulance services team

Requirements
  • Minimum 750 hours total flight time
  • Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
  • Valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating
  • Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
  • Current passport at time of hire
  • Ability to travel without restrictions to the United States
  • High school diploma minimum
  • Transport Canada English proficiency standard
  • Flexible availability to work all shifts
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
