About This Role
RTX Corporation seeks a First Officer for Falcon 2000 business aviation operations based in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. This is a permanent corporate flight department position requiring U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret-level security clearance. Candidates must have a minimum of 1500 total flight hours with 500 hours turbine time, CPL with instrument and multi-engine ratings, and a Bachelor's degree. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate Falcon 2000 aircraft in corporate/VIP flight operations
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
  • Manage advanced flight deck avionics and operations in complex airspace
  • Navigate terminal environments safely and professionally
  • Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
  • Demonstrate sound cockpit management principles
  • Execute normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures

Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret-level security clearance
  • Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
  • Minimum 500 hours turbine time
  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) ratings
  • FAA licenses required
  • Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
  • Primary residence within one hour driving distance of Windsor Locks base
  • Ability to travel worldwide without restriction
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
  • Technical expertise in Falcon 2000 aircraft
  • Demonstrated adherence to FAA regulations and company procedures
  • Strong decision-making and cockpit resource management skills
  • Professional bearing and interpersonal skills
