Requirements
- Valid SACAA or NCAA CPL/ATPL License
- ERJ 145/135 type rating required
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 100 hours on type (ERJ 135/145)
- Minimum 1000 hours on multi-engine turbine aircraft
- Willing to travel for extensive periods (6-12 weeks) in Africa
- Preference given to Namibian citizens
- Ability to operate aircraft in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in pre-flight inspections and flight planning
- Air traffic control communication skills
- Emergency response and crisis management capabilities
- Team collaboration skills with cabin crew and ground personnel
