About This Role
Air Arabia seeks an experienced First Officer to operate A320 aircraft on scheduled routes from their Cairo base. Air Arabia is the UAE's leading low-cost carrier known for efficient operations and strong safety standards. Candidates must hold an ATPL or CPL with Frozen ATPL, with a minimum of 1500 total flight hours and preferably prior low-cost airline experience. Requirements
- Valid ATPL License or CPL with Frozen ATPL
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Airbus A320 experience preferred
- Pass technical and psychometric assessment for Second Officer/Co-Pilot role
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Training in safety and emergency response (formal qualification advantageous)
- Crew Resource Management Training (advantageous)
- IATA security principles and standards knowledge (advantageous)
- Proficiency with aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Very good English language skills (Arabic and French advantageous)
- Experience with low-cost airline operations highly desirable
- Knowledge of QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures
- Ability to work in high workload environments
- High attention to detail and accuracy
