About This Role
SkyAlps, a leading regional airline operating national and international routes, is seeking a qualified First Officer to join their Dash 8 (Q400) flight crew. The successful candidate will perform regular line flying duties, conduct TRI (training and checking) responsibilities, and collaborate with captains and cabin crew to maintain high safety and service standards. Applicants must hold a valid EASA ATPL license, a European passport, and minimum 300 hours on commercial air transport aircraft with ICAO Level 4 English proficiency. This position offers the opportunity to develop aviation expertise within a professional regional airline operating throughout Europe.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate the Dash Q400 aircraft in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Conduct periodic TRI (Training and Checking) duties, including training and checking other pilots
- Ensure the highest levels of safety, compliance, and customer service
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Captain and cabin crew to deliver excellent service
- Handle emergency situations with calmness and professionalism
- Provide support in training and developing other crew members
Requirements
- Valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license
- Valid European passport
- Minimum 300 hours on commercial air transport (CAT)
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Quick and safe decision-making capability
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
- Ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism
