About This Role
Anderson Air, a premier full-service aircraft management company based in Richmond, British Columbia, is seeking an experienced First Officer (SIC) for their Challenger 350. The role involves operating private (604) and charter (704) flights as part of a dedicated 3-pilot team with full flight support and maintenance. Candidates must have a minimum of 2000 total flight hours with 500 hours PIC and 100 hours of jet aircraft experience, along with a Transport Canada CPL. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Challenger 350 aircraft on private (604) non-revenue and charter (704) revenue flights
- Serve as Second in Command under PIC supervision
- Ensure safe conduct of flights and compliance with all aviation regulations and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with crew, passengers, and air traffic control
- Collaborate with maintenance and dispatch departments for seamless operations
- Provide support to flight crew and foster collaborative working environment

Requirements
- Transport Canada Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Minimum 2000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours PIC
- Minimum 100 hours jet aircraft time
- IATRA exam completed
- Medium to Large aircraft experience
- Corporate aviation experience
- Ability to travel outside Canada
- Ability to work in Canada
- Challenger 350 type rating preferred
