About This Role
flyExclusive is seeking a First Officer (SIC) for their Challenger 300/350 aircraft operating under Part 135 regulations. This is a fully remote position based in Kinston, NC, though the role requires 100% travel while on rotation. Candidates must have ATP certification, a minimum of 2,000 total fixed-wing hours with at least 250 hours multi-engine time, and a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Challenger 300/350 aircraft safely and efficiently on domestic Part 135 trips
- Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in preparing and ensuring safe and efficient operation of company aircraft
- Adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures
- Conduct pre-flight checks and preparation
- Maintain communication with Pilot-in-Command during flight operations
- Greet passengers and assist with seating and luggage storage
- Conduct passenger briefings and respond to passenger requests/needs
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and ability to coordinate with crew
- Maintain current first-class medical certificate and notify company of any conditions that may impair flight duties
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) certificate required
- Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 2,000 hours total time (fixed-wing aircraft)
- Minimum 250 hours multi-engine time
- Appropriate Type Rating for Challenger 300/350
- Valid passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for travel to/from Canada
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- Must provide two forms of Federal Identification
- Must pass comprehensive background check including employment verification, education verification, and criminal history
- Subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing per FAA regulations
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Computer skills for word processing, email, and web-based applications
