About This Role
TUI Airline seeks an experienced First Officer B737 for their fleet based at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport in the Netherlands. As a major European holiday airline, TUI operates diverse routes to exciting destinations and prioritizes safety and customer experience. Candidates must hold a valid EASA frozen ATPL license with active B737 type rating and base training completion, along with a Class 1 Medical and ICAO English Level 4. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate B737 aircraft on scheduled holiday routes
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
  • Collaborate with cabin and ground teams to ensure safe, smooth journeys
  • Receive active mentoring from experienced Captains
  • Maintain safety as top priority on every flight
  • Deliver memorable customer experiences on holiday flights

Requirements
  • Unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license
  • Valid B737 type rating with completed base training
  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4
  • Valid EU, Swiss or EEA passport valid for at least 6 months from training start date
  • Legal right to live and work in the Netherlands without restrictions
  • Must pass aviation security background checks
  • Must meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance
  • Able to report to Schiphol airport within 60 minutes when on standby duty
  • Must accept varying roster with no fixed pattern
