About This Role
TUI Airline is seeking experienced First Officers with B737 type ratings to join their UK-based pilot team. This is a full-time summer/part-time winter position offering 13 weeks off annually at confirmed UK bases. Candidates must hold a valid UK CAA CPL with ATPL theory credits, current B737 type rating with completed base training, and Class 1 Medical Certificate. Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate B737 across diverse route networks to holiday destinations
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
- Collaborate with cabin and ground teams to ensure safe, smooth journeys

- Maintain high standards of flying skills and safety compliance
- Participate in variety of roles beyond flying to develop career path

Requirements
- Valid UK CAA-issued CPL with ATPL theory credits
- Valid B737 type rating with completed base training
- Valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
- Valid passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel
- Legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom without restrictions
- Ability to pass pre-employment and airport security background checks
- Minimum height 1.58m (5ft 2in)
- Able to swim at least 25 meters
- Able to report to home base within 90 minutes commuting time when on standby duty
