About This Role
TUI Airline is seeking a First Officer to join their B737 flight crew based in Sweden. As Europe's leading leisure airline, TUI operates a modern fleet serving holiday destinations across the continent. This non-type-rated position offers Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on the B737 for eligible candidates, with mentoring from experienced captains. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate B737 on scheduled leisure routes to holiday destinations
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
  • Collaborate with cabin and ground teams to ensure safe, smooth flights
  • Demonstrate calm, capable leadership throughout flight operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and TUI operational standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities

Requirements
  • Valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license
  • Minimum 500 hours total flight time OR 100 route sectors on multi-pilot turbo-jet aircraft
  • Multi-pilot turbo-prop experience (10+ tonnes or 19+ passenger configuration) acceptable
  • MCC & AUPRT certificate
  • Valid ME/IR rating
  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 minimum
  • Valid EU, Swiss or EEA passport with unrestricted worldwide travel rights
  • Passport valid for at least 6 months from training start date
  • Legal right to live and work in Sweden without restrictions
  • Pass aviation security background checks and EU regulatory flight crew clearance
  • Able to report to base within 120 minutes when on standby duty
  • Eligible for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) on B737 if not currently type-rated
