About This Role
Arajet, a growing airline in the Dominican Republic and Caribbean region, is seeking First Officers to join their B737 MAX fleet. The airline is expanding rapidly to meet increased demand for air travel in the region. Candidates must have a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours (or 1,000 for Dominican nationals), a B737 NG/MAX type rating, valid First Class Medical, and ICAO English Level 4 proficiency. This role offers the opportunity to be part of Dominican commercial aviation's expansion and growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Captain as Second in Command on B737 MAX aircraft
- Monitor all aspects of flight to ensure safety
- Monitor aircraft systems for normal operations
- Ensure compliance with flight procedures
Requirements
- B737 NG/MAX type rating (preferred)
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Valid ICAO CPL or ATPL license
- Minimum 1,500 total flight hours (1,000 hours for Dominican candidates)
- No PIC hours requirement
- Current American B1/B2 Visa (if required)
