About This Role
Aegean Air is seeking non-type rated First Officers to join their Airbus and Turboprop fleets based in Athens, Greece. As a member of Star Alliance since 2010 and a 15-time SKYTRAX award winner for Best Regional Airline in Europe, Aegean offers a stable career within a respected airline group. Candidates must hold a valid EASA CPL(A) with ATPL(A) theory or full ATPL(A), multi-engine IR(A) rating, minimum 70 hours PIC, MCC and Advanced UPRT training, plus ICAO English Level 4 and Class 1 Medical. The role offers a permanent contract, attractive remuneration with 14 salaries annually, private health insurance, pension scheme, increased summer flying allowances, and worldwide staff travel benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate ATR 42/72 aircraft on scheduled routes
  • Perform pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
  • Maintain cockpit procedures and safety compliance
  • Provide professional service to passengers through dedication and teamwork
  • Ensure highest commitment to safety standards

Requirements
  • Valid EASA CPL(A) with ATPL(A) theory completed or EASA ATPL(A) license
  • Valid multi-engine IR(A) rating (must remain valid until end of course)
  • Minimum 70 hours pilot in command on aeroplanes
  • Certificate of completion of MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) training
  • Certificate of completion of Advanced UPRT (Upset Prevention and Recovery Training) course per FCL.745.A
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
