About This Role
Air Arabia is seeking a First Officer to join their flight operations based in Karachi, Pakistan. As a major low-cost carrier in the Middle East, Air Arabia operates scheduled services across the region with a focus on safety and efficiency. Candidates must hold an ATPL or CPL with Frozen ATPL, have a minimum of 1500 hours total flight time (preferably on A320), pass medical and technical assessments, and demonstrate strong communication skills in English. The position offers the opportunity to work for a progressive airline with exposure to QA/Safety/Security procedures and the ability to develop expertise in modern aircraft systems.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL License or CPL with Frozen ATPL
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time
- Airbus A320 experience preferred
- Pass technical/psychometric assessment for Co-Pilots per airline and civil aviation authority standards
- Valid Class 1 Medical Fitness Certificate for Co-Pilots
- Very good English language proficiency
- Arabic and French language skills are an advantage
- Safety and emergency response training
- Crew Resources Management Training (advantageous)
- IATA principles & standards relating to security (advantageous)
- Proficient in Aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of handling emergencies and heavy workload schedules
- High accuracy and attention to detail
