About This Role
AJet is seeking First Officers for A320 and B737 aircraft to join their growing Turkish airline based in Istanbul. The airline is a modern, forward-thinking carrier committed to providing safe, customer-centric flights with operational excellence. Candidates must hold a valid ATPL(A) or CPL with current type ratings on both A320 and B737, along with ICAO Level 4 English proficiency and a valid medical certificate. AJet offers flexible rosters (part-time with 23 days duty/7 days off, or full-time with 6 days duty/3 days off), discounted flight benefits on AJet and Turkish Airlines flights, medical insurance, and after 3 years of service, priority transition to Turkish Airlines with seniority credit.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate A320 and B737 aircraft on scheduled flights
- Conduct pre-flight checks and crew briefings
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Maintain CRM (Crew Resource Management) standards

Requirements
- Turkish citizenship (T.C. vatandaşlığına sahip olmak)
- Minimum high school diploma
- Valid ATPL(A) or CPL license
- Valid type rating on A320 and B737
- Flight license must be valid for at least 2 months from start date
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher (must be added to license before start date)
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate issued within last 30 days
- Born on or after January 1, 1965
- No written disciplinary actions or flight incidents
- Clean criminal record (no Adli Sicil records)
- Must accept and reside at company designated base
- Turkish speaking proficiency (for blue card holders)
- No previous failed training or check flights with Turkish Airlines or other airlines
- No previous dismissal from Turkish Airlines or its subsidiary companies
